Does accutane cause weight loss?

It all depends: I have not seen that Accutane itself causes wait loss. However, a few of my patients on Accutane have told me that they have a decreased appetite. I have never found anything in the literature to back this up. So you may experience weight loss inadvertently if you are eating less because of the medicine.
