Maybe PUPPP: Puppp (pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy) is fairly common, and is considered harmless to the baby, usually starts on the abdomen often in stretch marks. If there are blisters, it could be herpes gestationis (not viral, contagious herpes) which has more serious implications.
