Folliculitis : I think you mean folliculitis which is an infection of the hair follicles. But you mention a laser which sounds like laser hair removal. At any rate, removing the follicle will help the infection but you need a topic antibiotic as well. Ees (erythromycin ethyl succinate) pads work well. Make sure you are not allergic to something you are putting on your skin.

See a Derm: Laser hair removal is a good treatment for folliculitis, but if you are still having bumps and irritation, see a dermatologist and they may be able to prescribe a topical treatment, like vanoxide hc.
