Treatment for hair follicles: is there any recent treatment? i use the laser treatment but the hair bumps comes back after some time

Folliculitis : I think you mean folliculitis which is an infection of the hair follicles. But you mention a laser which sounds like laser hair removal. At any rate, removing the follicle will help the infection but you need a topic antibiotic as well. Ees (erythromycin ethyl succinate) pads work well. Make sure you are not allergic to something you are putting on your skin.
