Anxiety: Anxiety comes to mind with these symptoms -- they could come from physiological changes that happen with sympathetic simulation leading to hyperventilation, palpitations, etc. Feelings of dissociation are common, along with dizziness. See your family doctor for a workup first -- thorough exam plus ekg and other diagnostic tests. There are good treatments for anxiety; psychiatrists can help you.
