Mind quieting: Is helped by focusing on what you are doing at the moment & gently refocusing when your mind wanders. Be aware of all your senses. Notice what your mind wanders to & figure out what your concern is. Practice meditation or relaxation techniques. Counseling (psychotherapy) can help you learn why your concentration is poor. It could be anxiety, depression, or something else.
