A 31-year-old male asked:
Dr. bennett; what type of malignancy did you have in mind, that causes (different than before) body odor under one armpit, please?

None: There is NO malignancy that would cause an odor in only one armpit. Odors here are from bacteria that live on the skin, mixing with sweat from the glands surrounding the hairs. The sweat odor can be affected by emotion, but not in only one pit! Keep very clean, wipe the pits with alcohol if you like, let dry then follow with a good deodorant containing aluminum chlorhydrate. Good luck!
