Why do i feel pain in my chest? it hurts a lot when i burp or get a gas bubble.

Needs evaluation.: The way you describe your pain suggests an upper GI tract source of your pain (stomach and/or esophagus). Perhaps the most efficient way to get an answer would be a visit to a gastroenterologist who would take your history and perhaps deem it appropriate to give a trial of an acid-blocking medication or proceed to undertake an upper endoscopy.
