ALLODYNIA: The sensitivity you have is called allodynia and is a consequence of migraine in many sufferers. So, your bad headaches may indeed be migraines. Doubtful you have any intracranial structural issue, but not a bad idea to see your doc and get both examined and treated. Meds can break up the headache pattern, better sooner than later.
