Diet: Best "supplement" would be a healthy diet, low in simple sugars. Talk to your coach. A well balanced, age appropriate multivitamin/multimineral supplement probably wouldn't hurt, but unlikely to help. Some protein shakes might be helpful, if they are low in sugar. Talk with your parents, coach, and physician. You sound serious, so get advice from these people at least.
