My upper right arm is severly paining i am unable to sleep ..what are the remedies for it?

Rt arm painful?: Pain can be for many reasons , first i think she needs to see her pcp for evaluation and work up, if nothing serious she can take NSAID tablet it will decrease her pain symptoms and help her skeep.
