Could be any or all: The symptoms you describe could be adhd, ocd, or something else. You need a thorough evaluation to determine what's going on. Please consult a competent physician who can assess your neurobiological status.

OCD or ADHD: Adhd is an issues when impulsivity, distraction, forgetfulness has been affecting the ability to function well. The pre occupation, and repeated patterns of doing things being very rigid, dong things over and again and in patterns and being restless when not able to do exactly what is on mind. Get an assessment with a psychiatrist to get a clear diagnosis and treatments are really miracles now.

Get good assessment: The key to effective treatment is good assessment. Ruling out medical or neurological causes, and differential diagnosis is key. A small but significant nuber of individuals have co-occurring adhd and ocd. This often complicates treatment. A good psychiatric evaluation as well as evaluations by a clinical psychologist or neuropsychologist can help ensure that nothing is missed or misdiagnosed.

Possible: Ocd and adhd often overlap but this can be tricky. Each can exacerbate each other and cause issues. Often adhd causes distress and anxiety which then fuels the ocd or the ocd causes distress which fuels the adhd. However each can look look like each other too.Get a good assessment to be sure.
