Yes: It is possible to have them both at the same time. However, the anxiety that characterizes OCD may interfere with your ability to focus and attend. You should have a neuropsychological assessment to evaluate each factor.

Yes: ADHD can co-exist with an anxiety disorder, eg, OCD. However, careful medical and psychiatric evaluation is often necessary to diagnose. Medical factors must first be ruled out as possible causes for ADHD and OCD symptoms. I hope this helps.
