It may be normal: Inguinal lymph nodes are frequently enlarged because they are stimulated by common events, such as cuts, burns, or skin rashes on your legs or feet, or even by hair removal techniques (shaving, waxing, etc). Lymph nodes that are not tender, not steadily increasing in size, and easily movable, are usually benign and not significant in any way. If yours are new or changing, get an exam to be sure.
