My right lung has a shape pain it when i take a deep breathe. i do not smoke and i do not drink. what might cause this?

Pleurisy: Pleuritic pain comes from inflammation of the covering of the lung. Could be coming from pneumonia whether its bacterial or viral, a blood clot on the lung or some other process causing a local reaction. You need to see a doctor soon and probably also get a chest x-ray at a minimum. If there is any other symptoms like shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness, etc. You need to do it even sooner.
