Nothing: Remember the numbers you get are just about 1 of 10 things you need to do to have a long life. Lower all your risk factors to 1 and you will be ok. You were born with 1 so that's why i say 1. 2 if you have a powerful family history. Mitigate any other risk factors you have, don't smoke or sit around eating junk. Find a CAD risk assessment tool to see how the factors affect you.
