Usually It's OK: I know of no reason not to whiten your teeth during pregnancy. I would not bleach during the first trimester due to making morning sickness worse and increased gum & root sensitivity due to gum changes from the hormonal changes of pregnancy. Check with your doctor, as with all medical & nutrition decisions at this time. Congratulations, eat properly, maintain good oral hygiene, get dental check up.
