Not clear: Prednisone not necessarily a cause of vomiting. Phenergan (promethazine) should help but you need to find out why you are vomiting. Is it your medical condition or a gastroentestinal problem such as ulcers, reflux, pancreatitis, etc. Let your physician know about this.
