Prevention: The best treatment for cisplatin induced nausea and vomiting is to prevent in the first place. Before cisplatin is given you should get a lot of fluids for hydration, then Dexamethasone, 5HT3 antagonist such as Zofran and NK1 antagonist such as aprepitant. together this combination with prevent nausea and vomiting. if still sick Compazine, (prochlorperazine) Zofran, etc can help as needed. Remember hydration!
