How does a ruptured aaa cause dizziness?

Low blood pressure : When a AAA ruptures there is a significant amount of bleeding that occurs. This causes a dramatic drop in blood pressure often leading to hemorrhagic shock. This is what causes lightheaded ness / dizziness.

Low blood pressure: When an AAA ruptured the blood pressure decreases. That is what causes the dizziness. Unfortunately, ruptured aneurysms are much more dangerous than that. Death rates are quite high with ruptured aneurysms. Fifty to seventy percent die from this. Better to fix it before it ruptures.
