A member asked:

Is follitropin a test for pregnancy and if my result was 6.9 is that good?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No and yes: Follitropin, more usually referred to as fsh (follicle stimulating hormone) is not a pregnancy test. High levels indicate your body is finding the ovary somewhat non-responsive, so a normal level of 6.9 suggests that you are fertile.
