No: Your pregnancy test was accurate when you took it the last time. You can verify again with a 2nd test but it sounds like you are not pregnant. See a doctor for irregular periods and birth control

Some chance: A lot of different things can delay your period, and pregnancy is only one of the possibilities. The fact that the test was negative when you were 9 days late suggests that something else is going on. If you last had intercourse more than 3 weeks ago a negative pregnancy test is quite reliable.
