After missed period: It is better to wait 4-5 days after a missed period to do home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. You may get a blood test as soon as one day after a missed period.

Should be OK,,,: This should be the right time to take the test for a good result, as it is about one week after your estimated time of your period. If there is a problem with the result you can see your doctor. Best of luck.
