Probably not: Most probably you do not have fatal insomnia, but something is surely bothering you. This needs evaluation, and you need help for your concerns. Please see your own physician, who can help you find the source of your troubles and make good treatment suggestions. This may include working with a psychiatrist and/or therapist as well.
