I have aspergers syndrome. i now i got stiff neck, can't feel sleepy, twitching, increased heart pulse, body tempreature can i have sporadic fatal insomni?

Not likely: No connection between asperger's and fatal familial insomnia. Any family history of the latter? Symptoms you describe are not often associated with a sleep disorder except for sleepiness. Actually your "syndrome" sounds closer to encephalitis than asperger's or ffi.
