Complicated: Usually doctors use medications to mimic the effects of meth without the meth itself. There is nothing that can "clean" is out of you or your baby's system. The body will do it on its own. See an addiction doctor and an OB asap.

Of concern is the: Fact that "meth" travels through uterine arteries to placenta & fetus. One "hit" rapidly constricts blood vessels, causing lowered blood flow & oxygen delivery that can damage your heart & brain, the placenta & your fetus' brain. A fetal ultrasound may yield useful information. I hope for you a helpful, non-judgmental OB & addiction counsellor who can help you & your baby be safe & healthy.
