Get it checked: Might be perioral dermatitis. If it is persistant or reccurent see a dermatologist.

Perioral dermatitis: Is relatively common. It has unknown etiology. If persists, please, see a physician. Can be treated with antibiotics or antifungals if deemed appropriate by a physician.
