What is the question: It appears that you are under the care of a physician. The pain in the eye is likely due to the meningioma. The tumor may be removed surgically or by gamma knife. ?question?: You describe a skull base meningioma close to ('on') the oculomotor (iiird) and trigeminal (vth) cranial nerves. If the tumor is on the right side, pain in your right eye may well be related. What do you want to know? Definitive treatment would be neurosurgical removal by an expert skull base neurosurgery specialist. If the tumor is deemed inoperable without unacceptable damage can use radiation.
