?question?: You describe a skull base meningioma close to ('on') the oculomotor (iiird) and trigeminal (vth) cranial nerves. If the tumor is on the right side, pain in your right eye may well be related. What do you want to know? Definitive treatment would be neurosurgical removal by an expert skull base neurosurgery specialist. If the tumor is deemed inoperable without unacceptable damage can use radiation.
