Baby cold: There is not much medicine available for young infants. Usually if the baby still has a good appetite and the fever is just 100, it most likely is a virus. Some remedies are to use a hot steam vaporizor, Normal Saline nose drops and nasal suction and could give some acetominophen if approved by your doctor. The dose is based on weight. Ask your doctor.
