YES: Scarring will be less if you keep it moist with polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) ointment.

Yes: Never pic or peel the scab use a greasy substrate like vaseline or aqua fore but polysporins (bacitracin and polymyxin) will work as well and your skim will peel and exfoliate on its own.
