my 3 year old scraped her face from falling, how can i prevent scarring? i have been keeping it moist, should i let it dry out and form a scab?

Try Neosporin: Neopsorin , vitamin E can used on facial wounds can help the scars. Avoid picking or peeling the skin . If there is bleeding see your doctor to ensure that stitches are not needed. Good luck
