You could.: Kids are going to fall down, hit their heads, and get things like a bloody nose. You can take her to the doctor. That's always a safe bet, and kids have to be checked often anyway as they are vulnerable. However, if the nosebleed stops, and the kid acts normal, and the bump doesn't get worse looking, she is likely fine and just has to learn to be careful, and watched more closely.
