Trick question?: Technically you could be pregnant 12 times per year if cycles were absolutely regular, pregnancy occurred every cycle and pregnancy were terminated in time to allow another cycle. Realistically if pregnancy is carried to term and cycles were to resume immediately afterwards you could be pregnant 4 times in 3 years. 1.3 times per year!
