Try something new: If there is no cure then obviously you just have to live with it and try to ignore it. But it is likely that there is something going on that can be successfully treated. If it is a muscle problem, physical therapy could really help. Prescription strength pain medicine may help ease the pain. Sometimes all you need is some time for your body to heal itself. Seeing your doctor would help a lot.
