It could be: from a musculoskeletal strain,bursitis,tendonitis,arthritis,rotator cuff injury etc. If it gets worse, go see your Dr and consider having an Xray taken. Take care!

Varies: A number of possible causes, among the more common would be a rotator cuff injury. Other possibilities as well. I would not hesitate to be seen for s specific diagnosis and treatment options.

See PCP : 'lumps' on shoulder blades could be several things but what u should do is see your physician. Fatty benign tumors( lipomas) are common here.If u fell, an organizing hematoma may be forming. Osteochondromas are not uncommon on the scapula. All this is speculation; see your pcp w/ possible referral to orthopedist. Best of luck!
