Sibling Rivalry: Unfortunately sibling rivalry is common when there are two or more children in the family and there are no easy cures. Possible jealousy, if this is the youngest sibling, could be driving this mean streak that seems to change based on your company. Get parents, guardians or another trusted adult involved who may have better insight on her actions.

Two answers: For you family therapy would be best. Learn how to help your sister and you get along better so she does not want to embarrass you. For her an individual therapist to look at why she does this.

If you are having: difficulty explaining her "Jekyll & Hyde" behaviors to your parents, one of you should quietly video or record an episode on your smart phone, or have one of your friends do it. If this is not possible, write down her specific behaviors as talking points when you & he ask your parents to arrange for family therapy. Also, you & he should talk to your school counselor.
