Colace, (docusate sodium) sitz baths.: Hydrocortisone suppositories for brief periods of time, prophylactic colace (docusate sodium) and increased fiber consumption along with topical analgesic creams without phenylephrine are good options for hemorrhoids in pregnancy. Sitz baths also help, however take care to avoid vaginal infections during pregnancy.
