Assumptions wrong?: Would need to know your specific symptoms, but it sounds like both your menopause and thyroid are adequately treated. Therefore, this may be something else.

Not all tests done: I would bet your doctor never tested a reverse t3 (liothyronine). Must test free t3 (liothyronine), reverse t3 (liothyronine), free t4. Can almost promise your reverse T3 (liothyronine) will be in the high end of the range and your free T3 (liothyronine) in the low end.. Proof of functional hypothyroidism. Treat possibly with armour thyroid. Also may have some adrenal farigue.
