I haven suffering with acid reflux for last month and a half. my doctor put me on topzole and ulsanic. last night i ate pizza after a very time and nos i have this burning sensation in my chest and back. is it the acid or is it heart problems?

Usually burning in the chest and back is from acid reflux. Although there is not enough information to understand your diagnosis. I have seen patient with what seemed like reflux has a heart condition. You should see a doctor in person
