A large, hard lump inside my vagina. towards my anus, it feels like fleshy cartilage. i havent felt it there before and i thing it goes down pretty far. wondering if its normal? not sexually active and it doesnt hurt to urinate or deficate.

If she only finds one lump, it's probably her cervix. If she finds 2 lumps, one is the cervix, and the other one is for her doctor to look at. Also, if it's her cervix, she will feel a small dimple in the center of the lump.
