Yes: Typically Lupron (leuprolide) will make your initial symptoms worse before you achieve "medical menopause". If you are treating pelvic pain & heavy bleeding from endometriosis and/or fibroids, your pain & bleeding can worsen in the first 2 weeks. Once the medicine binds and stimulates the estrogen receptor, it doesn't let go and thus causes no further estrogen production (reversible menopause) to treat you.

Adverse reactions: Even thought some of the reactions you report sound common, the fact that you report having several significant reactions, including the dry mouth which seems to be very soon to present since the injection, i would urge you to visit the prescribing doctor so that you may discuss your reactions addressing the severity as well as the duration, also ruling out other possible causes.
