Yes : Lupron (leuprolide) will cause you pain shortly after it being given. This will resolve . However, you might start to experience hot flashes or night sweats if you we're not given add back therapy ( low dose hormones). . Pelvic pain should improve after some time - it varies per pt.

Yes: Pelvic pain often gets worse the first two weeks after lupron (leuprolide). This is due to an increase in estrogen from a transient increase in pituitary fsh. This can cause vaginal bleeding also. After two weeks the fsh and estrogen level markedly drop and your pain and abnormal bleeding should improve.
