Papillae: Could be the normal papillae pattern that everyone has on their tongue. Or it could be geographic tongue which is a condition that affects about 2% of the population. This condition causes different patterns on the tongue that can change periodically. Not serious, but it can cause some burning sensations. Please seek the services of a dentist to get a definitive diagnoses for this condition.

Thrush: This may be the symptoms of a yeast infection. See your md or dds for medication. What does "there white" mean? Did you mean that they are white bumps?
