How can we help?: I am not sure what your question is. You were diagnosed with tennis elbow and what was recommended? I would begin with a tennis elbow brace to reduce the tension, stretches and gradual strengthening focusing on repetition and low resistance. Physical therapy can be helpful. X-ray are usually normal. Would only consider MRI if you are not responding to treatment.

No: Tennis elbow is a tendonitis and does not show up in x-rays. However when you are working up a patient for tennis elbow, a physician will often look to see if there are any other bone problems in the area. http://vipplasticsurgery.com.
