This morning i had a slight sensation of nausea and later in the day light spotting, could i be pregnant if i had a miscarriage 3 weeks 3 days ago?

Unlikely: It usually yakes about 3 weeks for the pregnancy hormones to clear out of your system after a miscarriage. You would not ovulate until that happens. There is often a little bleeding when the beta HCG goes to zero. It may not be the worst idea to confirm you infact completed your miscarriage.
