Nausea duz come n go: The symptoms of miscarriage are legion. I would worry more with bleeding, cramping, spotting or frank bleeding. Many pregnancies are lost early on, but waxing and waning nausea is not really a sign of anything. Good luck. Try not to worry so much. Take good care of yourself.

Nausea often occurs: During pregnancy. A simple way to v nausea is w ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger ; steep at least 5 min in a covered pot. Sip. Aromatherapy: sweet orange (citrus sinensis), peitigrain (citrus reticulata), mandarin (citrus reticulata) are different citrus scents that can v nausea.
