It depends: A talar fracture is a complex and at times difficult thing to repair. Depending on where the fracture is in the bone, if the blood supply to and in the bone is intact, you might have some options. Those options are best addressed by an experienced foot and ankle surgeon.

Good, but....: The first question that you need to answer is whether a repair is needed. Some talar fractures can be treated without surgical repair and only need immobilization. I would seek the care of an orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon. One in your area can be found at aofas.Org.
