Mold: Depends totally on what type of mold. Some molds are harmless, some molds are toxic to various degrees. If you got sick you should see your physician right away.

Avoid unwanted mold: You could get loose watery stools , Nasal and sinus congestion, runny nose. Respiratory problems, such as wheezing and difficulty breathing, chest tightness. Cough. Throat irritation. Sneezing / Sneezing fits.
