No: and certainly not so soon. Most such molds are pretty harmless anyway, but they do taste bad and that alone could make you feel ill. When washing dishes by hand, always use a brush or a "scrubby" so as to get all the food particles/dried drink off the surface. Sponge not a good idea because it can harbor bacteria.

Mold: Not sure if it's getting into your bones, but it may very likely be getting into your digestive system! Please stop drinking from these cups immediately. Get disposable ones. As for your feeling ill, seek immediate medical attention.

Not likely: Most molds(fungi) found in households don't cause infectious disease in immunocompetent individuals. However some molds can produce mycotoxins which can cause illness when moldy food is eaten. Rinsing your cup would wash away any food or toxin. It's possible the thought of drinking out of a moldy cup has been making you feel ill. See you Dr if symptoms persist.
