Good experience: Rituxan (rituximab) has been used in rheumatoid arthritis and it has demonsrated good response-in my experience. Jus like anything else, there are some possible side effects from Rituxan (rituximab) but majority are very tolerable. You need to be screened for hepatitis b - prior to Rituxan (rituximab) administration.-as Rituxan (rituximab) can cause hep b exacerbation.
