what to do about bad circulation from somking years ago?

P.A.D.: Peripheral arterial disease (p.A.D.) can present as "poor circulation". This is easily diagnosed by non invasive tests by your pcp or vascular specialist. P.A.D. Can be a marker of c.A.D (coronary artery disease).
